Shipping duration

The average shipping duration in Germany: 2-3 working days.
The average shipping duration outside Germany: at least 4-7 working days.
Resend abroad : unfortanatelly not possible.

In case of no-availibility: we have the right not to ship. We will inform the customer as soon as possible and refund the received payment.

We will calculate the real cost incl. every extras for Packets oversized or beyond 31.5 kg sent to EU-countries and to Switzerland, Liechtenstein or Norway.
